DiDa – Disability Day Art & Action at Helsinki City Museum
DiDa – Disability Day Art & Action festival culminates on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities at the Helsinki City Museum on Monday 3rd of December from 5pm till 9pm!
Organized for the 4th time DiDa highlights the expertise of the creative industries of people with disabilities.The event is free for everyone and contains discussions, panels and high-level performances.
Silva Belghiti, last year’s winner, will be granting the most impressive act in the field of disability culture with acknowledged Vimma prize and enclosed 5000€ grant. The language of the event is Finnish.
The art aspect of the event is represented with a wide range of acts from music to performing arts. There is also plenty of visual arts on display. Helsinki Hobo exhibition at the Helsinki City Museum brings the quirky remarks from J.K. Harju to life.

The event is free for everyone and there is no admission fee! Event is Sign Language interpreted to Finnish sign language and there is an induction loop. The museum is accessible through the main door (Aleksanterinkatu 16).
