Aavistus Festival
Aavistus is a biennial festival of audiovisual art and VJ culture taking over Helsinki City Museum from 1 to 4 October. Held for the fourth time, Aavistus Festival presents a selection of live audiovisual VJ and AV performances, media art installations, as well as free workshops and lectures.
Immersive installations will be on display in the exhibition space on the museum’s fourth floor and in Children’s Town from Thursday to Sunday. Lectures and workshops will take place in the museum lobby and event spaces on Friday and Saturday. The events will be held in English. Welcome!
Admission to the exhibition and accompanying programme at Helsinki City Museum is free for everyone.
