Arrange a joyful party at the Children’s Town!

News

Come and have a fun party in the Crystal room of the Children’s Town, located in the oldest stone house in Helsinki’s city center. Or alternatively in the Falkman wing which location is more secluded.

Children’s Town has long been a popular venue for birthday parties for families with children. To celebrate the tenth anniversary, the museum is now launching its new Birthday at the Museum! party packages. The City Museum is working with the City of Helsinki’s Child Welfare to make these packages available to low-income families as well.

Party packages can be booked from Saturday 10 December 2022 onwards.
⁣
We offer:

• Furnished party room

• Room decoration with fun details

• A gift for the hero of the day

• Craft supplies for the whole group for making birthday hats

• Printable invitations

Catering can be brought in or ordered through the museum at a separate price.⁣⁣ Kindly note that the group must have its own supervisors (minimum 2). Crystal room has seating for 16 and the Falkman wing 30 guests. Adults without own seating.

After the party you can easily combine the program with your own tour of the Children’s Town, where small partygoers can e.g. jump into 18th-century ship adventures, act as an old-fashioned merchant, play role-plays in a theater, or visit a 1970s grandmother.⁣⁣
